The season is a representation of the birth of Jesus Christ, our Savior. People lose sight of that and focus on the gift giving and more aptly, the gift receiving. It is important to give, but don’t lose sight of the true meaning of Christmas. Listen to those Christmas songs; sing them! The Lord loves it when we make a “joyful noise” unto Him. Give praise and proclaim His name. Make it known all the great things He has done. For He has done so many great things; that we often times take for granted.
